ABOUT MATT MENGES
Matt represents the 9th generation of the Menges family in York County. He graduated from West York High School with his high-school sweet heart and current wife of 16 years, Jamie.
After graduating from York College with a degree in Criminal Justice and Accounting, Matt began his professional career as a police officer in Ocean City, Maryland. Matt soon returned to York County, where he commuted to Dickinson Law School in Carlisle. Before graduating, Matt began working as a law clerk and certified legal intern, allowing him to begin representing clients on a pro-bono (free) basis. Upon graduating and passing the Bar Exam, Matt became an associate attorney at his current law firm.
In 2012 Matt became a shareholder at Trinity Law. Matt also serves as the solicitor for the York County Recorder of Deeds. Matt was recognized as one of Central Pennsylvania's top 40 under 40 in 2014.
The Global Directory of Who's Who named Matt as a Top Lawyer in 2016, and for 2018 Matt was named a 10 Best Attorney in Real Estate Law. Under Matt’s leadership, Trinity Law won the York County Bar Association’s pro bono award for 2018.
In addition to his award winning legal career, Matt serves his community by lecturing on the rights and responsibilities of firearm ownership, providing pro-bono (free) representation to victims of abuse, volunteering at expungement clinics to help those with criminal histories, and protecting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a member of the Board of Directors for Typical Life Corporation.
Matt and his family also financially support organizations like Human Life Services and Logos Academy, in addition to sponsoring a child through Compassion International.
Matt and Jamie live on a 14 acre farmette in Warrington Township with their 2 children and Bull Mastiff.
